I hope in series 13 it is revealed the doctor isn't the timeless child and the real timeless child, or some other being with a beef against the Timelords, orchestrated the whole affair. The Day Of The Doctor is a classic, and Hell Bent is loved by many (including myself although I have some issues with it) although hated by many others. Now some of these stories are good. Also note how the doctor stole a faulty out of use Tardis, which makes sense because the doctor himself used it prior for years before the Hartnell body, and being faulty after being tampered by presumably the time lords themselves once the pre-Hartnell Doctor was caught and reduced to a memoryless child/infant.The only plot-hole I'm not sure about is in 'The Name of the Doctor' when Simeon, Clara and the Doctor enter the Doctors timeline and there is no pre-Hartnell memories, but it makes sense to assume that the 'very clever' time lords, who can pluck someone from the moment of their death and who have mastered time, can not only remove memories but also tamper with the timestream of people to block parts out.In short, I feel that it was unnecessary and not very well thought out to include this plot point, BUT I feel if explained away it barely takes away from the history of the show and all the potential plot holes can be explained away with a little creativity.
