It's dark subject matter and I found the creepiness to be a bit lingering, I watch a lot of horror but haven't seen anyone take this direction before. It was thought-provoking and suspenseful as well. Gates of Darkness is a very slow moving convoluted mystery drama horror starring Randy Shelly as Stephen Tade a rebellious teen at a religious school.
